Lately it's been harder and harder for some people to get in.  I highly encourage you to make your appointment a few days in advance or just pre-book for your next visit.  A lot of clients are pre-booking their appointment for their next visit so they can get in exactly when the want.  I think is the best thing to do, that way you'll always be in my books and you'll save a phone call plus a headache!

I really appreciate all and every single one of you guys.  I got where I am because of you guys.  I'm just trying to please everybody, on the same day, yet be realistic.  Hope you understand!
